Mandii is a local discovery platform that helps users find South Asian and local community businesses, including grocery stores, general stores, food businesses, service providers, and similar merchants.

We may display publicly available or submitted business information such as:

• Business name
• Business category
• Business address or approximate location
• Postcode or service area
• Business phone number
• Website or social media link
• Opening hours
• Short business description

Users may provide information such as name, email address, phone number, postcode, general location, and enquiry details.

You agree that the information you provide must be accurate and must not be false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or submitted on behalf of another person without authority.

Merchant listings may be created using publicly available information, information submitted by merchants, or information collected from lawful sources.

We aim to keep merchant information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

If you are a merchant and want your listing corrected, updated, or removed, contact us at geton.mandii@gmail.com.

A merchant listing on Mandii does not mean that we endorse, verify, recommend, or guarantee that merchant.

Users should make their own checks before visiting, buying from, or relying on any merchant.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Mandii is a discovery and information platform. We are not responsible for:

• Products or services sold by merchants
• Prices, offers, availability, or opening hours
• Quality, safety, delivery, refunds, or disputes
• User interactions with merchants outside the platform

Any transaction is between the user and the merchant.

Mandii may provide functionality that allows customers to make payments directly to merchants through payment services provided by third parties, including Stripe.

Mandii is not a payment processor, payment institution, bank, escrow provider, money transmitter, or merchant of record.

All payments made through payment links, checkout pages, or payment interfaces connected through Mandii are processed directly by the relevant merchant and Stripe (or another third-party payment provider). Mandii does not receive, hold, process, transfer, or control customer funds.

Customer Payment Terms

When making a purchase through a merchant listed on Mandii:

• your payment is made directly to the merchant through Stripe or another third-party payment provider;
• Mandii does not collect, store, process, or have access to your full payment card details, banking details, or other payment credentials;
• any questions relating to charges, refunds, cancellations, delivery, damaged goods, missing items, defective products, non-performance of services, chargebacks, payment disputes, or transaction errors must be directed to the relevant merchant in the first instance;
• Stripe and the merchant may apply their own terms, policies, procedures, and dispute-resolution processes, which are separate from Mandii's Terms;
• Mandii is not responsible for failed payments, delayed payments, declined transactions, duplicate charges, payment processing errors, unauthorised transactions, chargebacks, refunds, delivery issues, merchant conduct, product quality, service quality, or any loss arising from a transaction between a customer and a merchant.

Where appropriate, Mandii may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, assist in facilitating communication between customers and merchants. Any such assistance is voluntary and does not create any responsibility or liability on the part of Mandii.

Merchant Payment Terms

Merchants using Mandii acknowledge and agree that:

• they are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining any Stripe account or other payment processing account required to receive customer payments;
• they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, consumer rights obligations, tax requirements, and payment processor requirements relating to their business;
• they are solely responsible for receiving payments, fulfilling orders, providing services, handling refunds, managing chargebacks, resolving disputes, and responding to customer enquiries;
• Mandii does not guarantee that any payment will be successfully processed, received, settled, or paid out by Stripe or any other payment provider;
• Stripe or other payment providers may deduct transaction fees, processing fees, chargeback fees, reserves, or other charges in accordance with their own terms and policies;
• Mandii is not responsible for losses arising from payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, failed transactions, withheld funds, delayed settlements, account suspensions, account restrictions, or actions taken by Stripe or any other payment provider.

Mandii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate payment-related functionality where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or risk-management purposes.

By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, registering a merchant listing, making a booking, or otherwise using Mandii, you agree that we may send you service-related communications by email or other contact methods you provide.

These communications may include account notifications, transaction-related messages, payment-related updates, booking or enquiry updates, security alerts, technical notices, changes to our services, legal notices, policy updates, and other information necessary for the operation of the platform.

Where required by law, marketing or promotional communications will only be sent where you have provided the necessary consent, and you may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by sending us an email on geton.mandii@gmail.com or from Contact Us page.

You must not use Mandii to:

• Submit false or harmful information
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download listings without permission
• Harass merchants or users
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to interfere with the website, security, or platform operation

All website design, branding, text, structure, software, and platform content belong to Mandii or its licensors, except merchant information, public information, or third-party content.

You may use the platform for normal personal or business discovery purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our platform without written permission.

We try to provide useful and accurate information, but business information can change. We do not guarantee that merchant details, opening hours, availability, or contact details are always accurate.

We may remove or edit listings, suspend access, or restrict use where we believe there is inaccurate information, misuse, legal risk, user harm, merchant complaints, or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational loss, or losses arising from reliance on merchant information.

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, Mandii shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, refund, chargeback, penalty, dispute, failed transaction, delayed settlement, payment processing issue, fraud, merchant default, delivery issue, or customer dispute arising from or relating to any payment processed by Stripe or any other third-party payment provider, or from any transaction between a customer and a merchant.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
